With cheaper flights and easy online booking more and more of us are looking to get away for our holidays a little further away than we used to. The world seems to have shrunk, and whilst it is now possible to travel to the opposite side of the globe the same day, or pop to a different continent for lunch and be back in time for tea, we continue to seek enrichment, enlightenment and enthralling experiences.

Travel companies are now offering a greater choice, from exotic getaways on paradise beaches to adventure holidays that might see you trekking through jungles, or even a safari that takes you right into the heart of the lion’s kingdom. The world is more full of wonder and excitement, and today we are fortunate to be able to experience so much more of it, and value its beauty and variety.
